CANCELLATION POLICY
 
As always, a valid credit card number on file will be required to schedule all
appointments.
We require a 24- hour notice to cancel or make any changes to your appointment.
Failure to provide Twist Salon with a 24-hour notice
will result in a 50% charge for the service booked.
We thank you for all your loyalty and consideration.
Please know, we appreciate and love our clients - these policies are to protect our staff and clients.

Hope's Cancellation Policy

Twist Salon is thrilled to have a Blonding Specialist in such high demand.

The day has come that we must adjust Hope's scheduling and cancellation policies.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour period, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you may be charged 100% of your service scheduled. Habitual No-Call/No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled and may result in being placed with a different stylist for future appointments.

We simply need 48 hours to ensure our stylist is able to contact and schedule those on her wait list.

Please Note: Twist Salon is understanding when it comes to emergencies, illnesses, etc.
