Hair Extension Policies

Your journey to beauty with hand-tied extensions begin with your complimentary consultation, At this approximately thirty (30) minute long appointment, your stylist will discuss your goals including your desired length, volume or both and will also include your specialized custom color consultation.
At your consultation your stylist will also discuss the maintenance, care and best practices for ensuring the integrity, longevity and beauty of your extensions
If you decide to move forward an installation appointment will be scheduled for you and a 50% deposit will be required for the purchase of your custom extensions.
PLEASE NOTE:
In the event that I no longer want to wear/have the extensions, I am still responsible for the total payment of services performed. 
I acknowledge that I have been informed on proper care and maintenance for my Invisible Bead Extensions. 
I agree to let my stylist know of any allergies. And I understand that if any allergic reactions occur, my stylist is not responsible. Including but not limited to silicone or metal allergies or contact dermatitis. 
I agree to never cut, remove, color, perm, or use any other chemicals on my extensions other than what my stylist has approved.
I understand that I will see shedding of natural hair during my maintenance appointment. This is normal and should not be interpreted as hair that is damaged from the extensions.
I acknowledge that the risk of any damage to my hair or scalp is lowered by keeping regular maintenance appointments and following proper home care. 
The amount due today mentioned above is non-refundable. Once paid, there are no refunds or exchanges issued. If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so a least 24 hours before your appointment. Anything less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. This quote expires 90 days from the date of the consultation. 

Hope's Cancellation Policy

Twist Salon is thrilled to have a Blonding Specialist in such high demand.

The day has come that we must adjust Hope's scheduling and cancellation policies.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour period, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you may be charged 100% of your service scheduled. Habitual No-Call/No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled and may result in being placed with a different stylist for future appointments.

We simply need 48 hours to ensure our stylist is able to contact and schedule those on her wait list.

Please Note: Twist Salon is understanding when it comes to emergencies, illnesses, etc.
