Lash Maintenance

PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
  • ALWAYS arrive on time.
  • Come in with clean lashes, no eye make-up or skincare residue.
  • Do not wear contacts to your appointment to avoid discomfort.
  • Avoid caffeine
  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Bring earbuds, if desired, and a great playlist or podcast.
​AFTERCARE:
  • Do NOT wet lashes within the first 24 - 48 hours of your lash appt.
  • Try to avoid external heat sources such as blow dryers on the face, ovens, grills and direct hot water from the shower head.
  • Be cautious when using oil based eye products, including mascara.
  • Avoid curling your lash extensions.
  • Do not pull or pick at extensions. Immediately call your Lash Artist if you feel as though you are having a reaction.
  • Wash lashes once daily and double cleanse daily if wearing heavy makeup.
  • Brush lashes daily with lash wand (it is normal to shed about 2-5 lashes a day).
  • ALWAYS prebook your lash appointments to maintain lash integrity! (Every 2-3 weeks)

Hope's Cancellation Policy

Twist Salon is thrilled to have a Blonding Specialist in such high demand.

The day has come that we must adjust Hope's scheduling and cancellation policies.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour period, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you may be charged 100% of your service scheduled. Habitual No-Call/No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled and may result in being placed with a different stylist for future appointments.

We simply need 48 hours to ensure our stylist is able to contact and schedule those on her wait list.
